KAMAL PVC PIPES are manufactured by M/s ANANT EXTRUSIONS LTD. an ISO 9001-2000 certified Company by SGS Yarsley International Certification Services. The Pipes are being manufactured as per various specifications and sizes from 20 mm to 315 mm including Elastomeric (Rubber ring pipes) joint pipes on its modern plant sitauted at Central India. The PVC Pipes undergo the stringent in-house quality control of the product, so customers get worth for their money.

HANDLING & INSTALLATION OF KAMAL PVC PIPES
  • For laying & installation of Kamal PVC Pipes refer IS:7634 (PART III) : 1975
  • Pipes should be kept on an even surface, should be properly supported & should be stacked only upto height of 1.5. MT. while storing.
  • Provisions should be made for expansion joints, air events and proper anchorage, while laying longer pipelines. Exposed to sun lights and unevensurface is not desirable.
  • Underground pipes should be laid about 60 to 100 cms. below the ground level. Trench should be as narrow as possible and its bottom should be free of stones, sharp objects etc. Preferable sand bedding may be provided.
  • PIPE OR FITTINGS SHOULD NOT BE CLEANED WITH SOLVENT CEMENT.
  • Solvent Cement should be takeb out of container only in required quantities and it should be closed immediately. Very old, hard semi-fluid solvent cement should not be used.
  • A water tap should not be directly fixed on a PVC Pipe. A service saddle should be used and proper anchorage should be provided.
  • Threaded PVC Pipes & Fittings should not be over tightened, as threads may get damaged.
